Print Settings & Calibration

If your printer shifts the output slightly, adjust the offsets below. These values are applied to all print jobs without changing your templates.

How to Calibrate

  1. Click Print Test Sheet below to print a calibration page.
  2. Place the printout over your blank sticker sheet and hold both up to the light.
  3. Measure how far the printed boxes are offset from the sticker borders (in mm).
  4. Enter the offset values: positive = shift right/down, negative = shift left/up.
  5. Click Save Calibration and print again to verify.
No calibration offset active — printing at exact template coordinates.

Printer Setup Instructions

  • Set page size to A4 (210 × 297 mm)
  • Set scaling to 100% / Actual Size — never Fit to Page
  • Set printer margins to None / 0mm
  • Use portrait orientation
  • Load sticker paper face up in the paper tray
